We currently offer the following Return & Refund Policy ("Return Policy") in case you are not satisfied with a Stivii™ product you recently purchased. This Return Policy is incorporated by reference as a part of our Terms of Use, which you accept and agree to by using this Web site. Please note that we may change or update this Return Policy from time to time, so please check this page before making any purchase from the Site. The policy stated on this Web page on the date of your purchase is that which will apply to any returns or refunds you request regarding such purchase. This policy was last updated on June 8, 2012.

  • If You Purchased from this Web site:
    • Reject any Delivery Package that Appears Damaged or Compromised.
      • If a signature is required in order to accept delivery of the product you ordered from this Web site, please inspect the package carefully BEFORE SIGNING FOR AND ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF IT. If you notice any damages, compromise, or other problem with the box or package, reject delivery and we will automatically send you a replacement of the product(s) you ordered within thirty (30) days after we receive your rejected package. If you prefer a full refund of the purchase price you paid instead of a replacement product for the rejected package, please write us at CustomerService@Stivii.com with the word "REFUND" stated in the subject line and include the following information in the body of the email:
        • Your full name;
        • Your daytime phone number;
        • Your order number;
        • The date you rejected the package; and
        • The reason you rejected delivery of the package.
        • Pease allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks to receive a refund check or credit refunded back to your credit-card account, in the amount of the full purchase price you paid (including any taxes), after you request a refund via email.
    • Notify us Immediately by Email of any Problems or Dissatisfaction with the Product.
      • If after accepting delivery of and opening the package you notice the products delivered to you are not what you ordered, damaged, defective, missing, spoiled, adulterated, expired or compromised in any way (such as if the seal or wrapping containing the Stivii™ products was apparently torn open before you received the product), or you are simply not satisfied in any way with the product you ordered, please write us immediately at CustomerService@Stivii.com with the word "RETURN" stated in the subject line, and include the following information in the body of the email:
        • Your full name;
        • Your daytime phone number;
        • Your order number; and
        • The reasons why you want to return the product you received in exchange for a refund.
      • All requests for returns must be made via email within forty-eight (48) hours after the time you accepted or received delivery of your package(s) and returns of any opened products must be approved by a Stivii Corporation agent or customer service representative before you send the product back to us.
      • We may ask you to supply evidence of unsatisfactory product(s), such as pictures, and/or to ship the product back to us according to special instructions. If we deem that the product you purchased is a "perishable product" under federal or state law or regulations, you may not return the product; but we will send you a refund of the full purchase price within six (6) to eight (8) weeks after receiving your email.

      • Before you write us, please make sure to check the packing slip that came with your ordered product to see if there may have been a mistaken order entered. Also, if your packing slip does not include the missing item, there is a good chance it is still on its way in a separately delivered package. Do not dispose of any packaging if you will be returning the product. In order to qualify for a full refund, returned products must be in the same condition you received them and with their original packaging and accessories intact.
      • Products must be returned within forty-five (45) days after you receive return confirmation and instructions from us. We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the product you returned to be delivered to our facility, or if the product gets lost or broken during the return process. Stivii Corporation cannot cover the cost of shipping for product returns at this time.
      • Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks to receive a refund check or credit refunded back to your credit-card account, in the amount of the full purchase price you paid (including any taxes), after you request a refund via email.
  • If You Purchased from a Retail Store Other than this Web site:

Your returns and refund options are governed by the policies of the retail establishment from which you purchased the Stivii™ product. Do NOT return products you purchased from physical retail stores to Stivii Corporation. Please speak with a store manager at that retail store for guidance on how to make an in-store return.
